Where will the NAPA 401(k) Summit 2024 take place?
The NAPA 401(k) Summit will take place at the Music City Center in Nashville, TN.
What is included with my conference registration?
Your registration includes access to the exhibit hall, conference sessions, general conference meal functions, and Summit After Dark events.
Is it possible to register several attendees at the same time?
Yes! To submit multiple registrations to be billed together please complete this form and follow the instructions to submit.
If I am an ASPPA Credentialed or NTSA Credentialed member, can I attend Summit at the member rate?
Credentialed members of ASPPA and NTSA qualify to receive the discounted member rate. If you have any difficulty registering at the member rate, please contact accountsreceivable@usaretirement.org.
Do I qualify for the advisor registration rate?
To qualify for the advisor rate, an individual must be affiliated with a FINRA registered Broker-Dealer or RIA and meet one of the below criteria.

- Be primarily in a client-facing retirement plan, wealth management, or employee benefit advisor role, working directly with plan sponsors and participants and not through intermediaries.
- Be home office or team members of client-facing retirement plan, wealth management, or employee benefit advisors, working directly with plan sponsors and participants and not through intermediaries.
* Wholesalers, Recordkeepers, DCIOs, and other service providers, regardless of whether they are frequently client facing, should register as a non-advisor.
When will I receive the materials for the NAPA CPFA® bootcamp?
If you are an advisor and opted in for the CPFA® bootcamp and/or exam, access to the online CPFA® modules will be granted within 10 business days after your registration for the conference. Attendees will receive an email from Haim Gabay, NAPA’s Director of Program Management, with a link to the learning system and an enrollment code for the CPFA® online course. If you do not receive this notification within 10 days of registration, please email us at CustomerCare@napa-net.org and let us know.
Are continuing education (CE) credits available?
NAPA Members:
The 2024 NAPA 401(k) Summit is designed to offer more than 14 hours of NAPA Relevant Topics, ASPPA, and NTSA CE credit to attendees. Additional credit hours can be earned by attending the NAPA CPFA®, ESG(k)™, and RI(k)™ Bootcamps at Summit.
Accountants (NASBA):
Attendees can earn up to a maximum of 14 CPE, including 7 hours of Specialized Knowledge and 7 hours of Taxes.

How do I book a hotel room?
NAPA has secured special conference rates at the following hotels located near the Music City Center in Nashville, TN. The cut-off date for reservations at the discounted rate is March 7, 2024. Please click on the hotel tab to book your hotel room as soon as possible; discounted rooms are limited and the NAPA 401(k) Summit hotel room block often sells out before the cut-off date.

How do I request a registration refund?
Registration fees are refundable until March 7, 2024, less a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted for requests received after March 7, 2024. Requests for refunds should be submitted to accountsreceivable@usaretirement.org. Please note that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Please reference our event policies for additional information.
Can I buy tickets to the After Dark events?
Guest tickets are limited to non-industry guests (spouse/partner/family member) and must accompany a registered attendee. Guest tickets will be available for sale onsite at the conference registration desk. Tickets are $150 per guest for Sunday Night and $100 per guest for Monday Night and are non-refundable. All guests must be at least 21 years old to attend the After Dark Events. Limit to one guest, per attendee, per event.
Will there be a virtual option available?
The 2024 NAPA Summit is a live, in-person event. A virtual option will not be made available. Please visit the NAPA website for our virtual product offerings.
